Menopause, is the cessation of ovulation typically occurs between the ages of 42-52 normally 49. It is a unique experience for each woman. Hormone Replacement Therapy the prescribed pill used in treating medicine in the western world does not treat the underlying inbalance. It is a fake estrogen that has been linked to cancers, hypertension, and headaches just to name a few. It does not nurture the kidney yin.
