About Carla...

Hi there, I'm Carla and I want you to have a clear mind, light heart and balanced body! My goal is to help you achieve this in the quickest, safest and most harmonious manner possible.

I have an immense passion about my work as a practitioner. I've always believed in the healing capability of touch and began my journey as a massage therapist. In business for myself and working with many different people pushed me to expand the services I could offer – and so I started pursuing acupuncture as well.

This led to my training as a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which helps me treat people from a more holistic point of view. I added other energetic healing methods such as Neurolink, NET and Bioset to my skill offerings.

My wonderful clients who have the courage to share their problems, worries and fears with me, push me to keep upgrading my skills and knowledge. I am constantly learning so that I can help people as wholly as I am able.

The rewards I receive from my work are far greater than I could have ever imagined! I am able to work one-on-one with people in compassion, integrity and honesty. I am privileged to hear people's stories and journey, and see transformation occur in their lives and within themselves, by our work together.

I believe that to be able to care about and really "hear" another person is the most important part of the healing process and the work I do. We all need to be heard and acknowledged!

I believe strongly in connecting with the patient and addressing the issues that are brought forward, in a hands-on approach that allows me to be fully present for the individual. Healing is a dynamic process and I enjoy relating and sharing with each person who I have the privilege of helping.

Through my work I get a heart connection which nurtures me beyond belief. My work allows me to expand, mature and develop a compassion that continues into my home life and my world outside of helping clients. I feel I am truly blessed by my work with people such as you!

Carla Wiseman DTCM, R.Ac, RMT

My Credentials:

Carla M. Wiseman graduated as a Registered Massage Therapist in 1986 and then returned to school and became a Doctor of Chinese Medicine in 1993. In 1995-1996 she studied with Julian Scott and Teresa Barlow for 6 months in a course that specialized in diagnosis and the treatment of children and infants with acupuncture.
Carla became interested in other aspects of energetic medicine and took the first two levels of Neuro Emotional Technique (NET). Her next course of study was allergy elimination with Ellen Cutler where she took three levels of allergy elimination using the Bioset method.
Carla has taken also all levels of Neurolink's Neural Integrated System (NIS) training. She completed the Advanced level twice and did the Masters program in 2005 and then again in 2007. Carla is the only person practicing Neurolink at the Masters level in Canada. Carla continues to pursue education and has completed several courses in Acupuncture & Pregnancy and Acupuncture & Infertility.
